Payment Policy

This page sets out Owala's customer-service rules for United States orders.

Authorization and security

Payments are transmitted through Shopify and secure payment providers. Owala does not receive or store a customer's complete card number. An order may be held or cancelled if authorization fails or a security review cannot be completed.

Final amount and refunds

Product charges, discounts, applicable tax, and any shipping charge are confirmed on the final checkout page. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method under the Refund Policy.

About Credit/Debit Card

Orders are presented and processed in United States dollars (USD). The payment methods actually available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, or Discover.
